Component Manufacturers
KZ Golf (KZG), home of the Gemini and
RBT/325 drivers. The Gemini is the dual-faced driver that is the hottest
thing on the market. KZG also has outstanding forged irons. Check out the
Forged Cavity Back II iron heads. These are sweet!
Fujikura shafts are widely used on the Pro Tours. The Vista Pro series is
an outstanding offering, carrying all the fine quality of the Fujikura line. This is as good as shafts can get! I
carry a large number of these in stock, so getting a reshaft with Fujikura is quick!
Dynacraft Golf. I recommend the
Copperhead CU iron heads as a lower cost cast
alternative to forged irons.
Golfworks. A stalwart in the component business, Malby's Golfworks
offers well-designed heads such as the
Logic Gold line of wood heads.
DiamondTour Golf is the home of the Integra line of wood heads, including the
famous "clanger" that started it all on rec.sport.golf, the
Integra 400cc driver head.
Golfsmith is probably the largest seller of club components in the U.S. They offer
a fine selection of components, including the excellent
Pro Forged and
Tour Cavity Forged iron heads.
KentSports is a relative newcomer to the component business, but they have some
real movers. Their Alpha Reaction 400cc Driver is
an outstanding larger-head offering.
Raven Golf is an up and comer in the golf business. They offer a variety of
excellent heads, including forged stainless steel iron head line that is quite reasonable.
Zero Tolerance is another relative newcomer to the component business but they have some
excellent offerings including the ZT
Crown Jewel Spectra 320cc head. Outstanding.
The Club Doctor can usually get components from other sources that a customer specifies.
